Global Directory

is a component of the Defense Enterprise Authentication
Service (DEAS) which is an authencation service provider
for DoD applications (Cloud and Legacy).

Global Direcotory is a DoD wide enterprise supported capability. All DoD enterprise and local service desks can assist with Global Directory user access and authentcation issues. When contacting your service desk be sure to include any recieved errors or notifications.

Enterprise Service Centers

Having trouble accessing an enterprise application or Microsoft 365 through Global Directory? Your local service center will be able to assist with troubleshooting and access restoral as quickly as possible.
